1. Overview

fuzzy.cards is operated by Calco Labs LLC (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what information the site collects, how it is used, and who it is shared with. The short version: your information is used only to register your store for Fuzzycards retail distribution outreach. It is never sold, and you will not be added to marketing lists.

2. Information We Collect

When you submit the registration form, we collect:

  • Store information: store name, city, state/region, country, website, and social media handles.
  • Contact information: your name, role, email address, phone number (optional), and preferred contact method.
  • Business details (optional): product lines you carry, whether you host events, approximate monthly trading-card sales volume, interest level, and any notes you add.
  • Referral data: a referral code and campaign source (e.g. UTM parameters) indicating how you found this page.
  • Consent record: your confirmation that your contact information may be shared with the Fuzzycards team.

Your IP address is used transiently to rate-limit form submissions (spam protection) and may appear in standard hosting logs. The site uses no analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or marketing cookies.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To register your store in the priority queue for Fuzzycards retail distribution outreach.
  • To contact you to confirm your submission and walk you through the process.
  • To pass your registration to the Fuzzycards team when direct distribution opens — this is the purpose of the site, and it only happens with the consent you give at submission.
  • To prevent spam and abuse of the form.

We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

4. Who We Share It With

  • The Fuzzycards team — your registration details, for distribution outreach, per the consent you give on the form.
  • Supabase — database hosting where registrations are stored.
  • Discord — a private webhook notifies us of new submissions (store name, location, contact details, and interest level).
  • Vercel — website hosting; standard request logs may include IP addresses.

These providers process data on our behalf to operate the site. We do not share your information with anyone else.

5. Retention

Registrations are kept for as long as needed to complete Fuzzycards distribution outreach. You can request deletion of your registration at any time (see Your Choices below).

6. Security

Registrations are stored in an access-restricted database reachable only by our server-side code, and the site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your registration by emailing [email protected]. If you withdraw consent before your registration has been passed to the Fuzzycards team, it will not be shared.

8. Children

The site is intended for business use by people 18 and older. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
