Terms of Service

fuzzy.cards (the “Site”) is operated by Calco Labs LLC (“Calco Labs,” “we,” “us”). The Site provides information about the Fuzzycards trading card game and a registration form through which retail stores can express interest in carrying Fuzzycards products when retail distribution opens.

fuzzy.cards is an independent community partner site. Calco Labs is not the manufacturer, seller, or distributor of Fuzzycards products. Fuzzycards and related marks are the property of their respective owner.

Submitting the registration form expresses interest in Fuzzycards retail distribution. It does not constitute an offer, contract, or commitment of any kind by Calco Labs or the Fuzzycards team. Registration does not guarantee contact, product availability, wholesale pricing, commercial terms, or any timeline. Any eventual purchase or distribution arrangement is made directly between your store and the Fuzzycards team, on terms they provide, and Calco Labs is not a party to it.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the store you register. The Site is intended for business use by retail stores and their representatives.

You agree that you will:

• provide accurate, current information about your store and yourself;
• not submit registrations for stores you are not authorized to represent;
• not use bots, scripts, or automated means to submit the form;
• not interfere with or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure; and
• not use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

The Site links to third-party sites and communities, including the official Fuzzycards site and social channels. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

The Site and its original content, design, and code are owned by Calco Labs LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights reserved. No license is granted to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site except as necessary to view and use it as intended. Fuzzycards names, logos, and product imagery remain the property of their respective owner.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT INFORMATION ON THE SITE IS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CALCO LABS LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Calco Labs LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or information you submit through the Site.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site, or remove a registration, at any time and for any reason, including suspected abuse or inaccurate submissions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Calco Labs LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
